fonicfraccionLuke is in command of several different powers and abilities, some that make him unique to other Lukes. He has retained all strike artes that he acquires in the Tales of the Abyss game; these are numerous, and I'm not going to list them all here just this minute; perhaps at a later time. Searching for it on Youtube will yield a fair amount of gameplay videos, and if any fights break out, I will be as descriptive as I can be in the movements of these artes.
Hyperresonance
This is the only one of his canon abilities to be noted that's different from normal. He cannot use hyperresonance at all unless he has unleashed his sword. When he has, he has a ridiculous amount of control over it, to the point where he could disintegrate an apple off of someone's head if he so chose. It has not been demonstrated if he can still perform a Second Order Hyperresonance (and I'm still not sure yet if he should be able to. I'll decide this as I actually write his story).
Healing Artes
Luke cannot perform healing artes like you would find in Tales of the Abyss. However, what he does do is "weave" together the Seventh Fonon with his reiatsu (his spiritual pressure) and project it outward, resulting in a very minor healing he's used during experimentation. He has also demonstrated to be able to repair breaks in bone with this healing.
This Luke has also gained abilities specific to Bleach, though with certain limitations.
Sonído
Spanish for "sound"; sonído is an ability used by all Arrancar that allows them to move very quickly, covering the distance of a few feet in a matter of seconds in some cases. It is similar a Shinigami's Shunpo (known as Flash Steps in the Bleach English dub). It generates a static-like sound when used. Luke can use this ability like all other Arrancar, however his distance to travel is restricted to five feet at the most, and he must rest for at least a minute between uses, though he has been known to use it repeatedly anyway, despite the strain it puts on his body.
Hierro
Spanish for "iron"; hierro is essentially an invisible shield of spiritual energy around an Arrancar's body that prevents them from being harmed. Luke's is especially weak, however; mundane swords and weapons have little effect on him, as well as human spells (like most fonic artes; though Jade's forbidden artes and Indignation would damage him, as would the equivalent of other characters), but a shinigami or arrancar's zanpakutō could easily pierce through it. A complete Key of Lorelei and similar mystical weapons would also be able to injure him.
Zanpakutō - Lorelei
All Shinigami and Arrancar possess a sword known as a zanpakutō. For the shinigami, they train with their swords and become stronger, often able to hear the voice of their weapons, which enables them to release the weapon's power or acquire a bankai. For Arrancar, it contains their true form; releasing it returns them to a form similar to how they were when they were merely hollows. Luke forced his power of hyperresonance into the incomplete Key of Lorelei (the Sword of Lorelei), to act like a zanpakutō, though not really the same, as it does not speak to Luke, nor does he have a form to "return to." When released, however, it does return this power to him.
